Dale Booth, Chairman & CEO
Dale has more than 25 years of technology and telecommunications industry expertise and has cultivated strong business relationships with some of the industry's largest service providers and equipment manufacturers. Most recently, Dale served as the President and CEO of NextiraOne, a $650 million privately held managed services provider serving the large enterprise market. NextiraOne is a leading provider of converged communication solutions with 13,000 customers in three countries.
Prior to NextiraOne, Dale was Chief Executive Officer of Daisytek International, a $2 billion global IT supplies distributor. Daisytek sold its products in twelve countries and served 70,000 retailers and resellers worldwide. Prior to Daisytek, Dale was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enginex Networks, a professional services firm in the telecommunications and networking technology industry. Prior to Enginex, Dale was a division president and Chief Information Officer with Fujitsu Network Communications, a $3 billion manufacturer of high-density transmission and switching products used in the network service provider market.

Gregory Jones, VP of Marketing and Business Development
Greg Jones has more than 25 years of proven experience in product development, operations, sales and marketing of technology products. Prior to joining Sensorlogic, Jones was the General Manager of Texas Instruments' Service Provider of Strategic Marketing organization within the DSP Systems organization. There, he was responsible for establishing key relationships with providers worldwide in order to define the roadmap for exciting new convergence products.
Previously, Jones was the General Manager of TI's Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Business Unit with the company's Broadband Communications Group. He was responsible for customer engagement strategy, product definition, and worldwide marketing of TI products for DSL modem applications. Through his leadership, the company achieved tremendous market-share growth and is currently positioned as the industry leader in DSL. Prior to joining TI, he was founder, chairman, president and CEO of Broadband Gateways, Inc., a company focused on technologies in the broadband edge device marketplace.
Jones received his bachelor's of science in information and computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Telecom Industry Association (TIA) as the Chairman of the International Committee.

Rich Lackey, VP of Development & CTO
Rich Lackey brings more than 20 years of commercial software experience including significant engineering, research and development, product lifecycle, and product quality experience. Lackey has held chief technology officer and vice president roles for numerous global software vendors in the field of logistics and systems management. Preceding Sensorlogic, he served as chief technology officer for EXE Technologies, a leading supply chain execution solutions provider.
Prior to that, Lackey's senior management roles included positions for Brio Technology, SQRIBE Technologies, Enterworks, and Compuware EcoSystems. He has managed distributed research and development organizations throughout his career with a focus on innovative, large scale, mission critical, distributed products. Lackey is also a co-author of industry specifications in distributed object and event management as well as the author of several patents in distributed data technologies.

Jean-Yves Lagarde Partner, Boston Millennia Partners
Jean-Yves has expertise in the optical networking and communications industries. Prior to joining Millennia, Jean-Yves was a Regional Market Manager with Corning, the world's leading fiber optic manufacturer. Prior to that, Jean-Yves worked as a Senior Analyst in a strategy role for Corning Communications executive leadership. Jean-Yves was previously a project leader at Elf Aquitaine, now TotalElfFina. He is involved with the French technical and scientific community in Boston and has been nominated by French government decree to serve as an active Foreign Trade Advisor for the New England region. Jean-Yves holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée Pierre de Fermat, an M.S. in Engineering from ENSEEIHT, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs, at the Institut National Polytechnique in Toulouse, France, and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
Dave McLean, General Partner, Sevin Rosen Funds
Dave has always been an entrepreneur at heart. As he says of himself, "I sought out the most challenging projects that pushed the limits regardless of the size of the organization." Dave's first experience with Sevin Rosen Funds was as CEO of Applied WDM. Then, when Cicada Semiconductor needed a CEO to take the company to the next stage, Dave was a perfect fit. He oversaw Cicada's rapid growth phase and was instrumental in the company's sale to Vitesse Semiconductor.
Throughout his 20 years in the semiconductor and networking industry-starting with IBM-Dave has worn many functional hats: marketing, engineering, business development, and operations. While at IBM, Dave spearheaded the introduction of the company's DSP product line into Asia. His experiences span both established companies and startups such as Pliant Systems, Applied WDM and Cicada Semiconductor. It's this extensive operational experience that Dave uses to guide SRF portfolio companies to success. "Building teams, developing strategy, executing to plan, turning around difficult situations-it's all very exciting to me," Dave explains. "Making the transition from an SRF CEO to General Partner is a tremendous opportunity to apply what I've learned to build enterprise value in many projects at the same time."
As a SRF general partner, Dave employs his extensive industry knowledge to investment opportunities in semiconductor, hardware, and software systems ventures. In addition to Sensorlogic, he currently is on the Board of Directors for Tonic Software.

Jeanne Bayless, Managing Partner, Star Ventures
Ms. Jeanne Bayless joined STAR in 2002 as a Managing Partner of STAR's office in the United States. Before joining STAR, Ms. Bayless served as Director of Strategic Investments for Intel Capital.
Prior to her tenure at Intel Capital, Ms. Bayless was the Founder, CEO and President of AnswerSoft, a startup developing software for the automation of inbound call center operations. AnswerSoft was acquired by Davox Corporation (NASDAQ: DAVX) in 1998 and Ms. Bayless joined Davox as VP Marketing. Subsequent to Davox, Ms. Bayless was VP Marketing of NetBoost Corporation, a startup developing solutions for the acceleration of network applications. NetBoost was acquired by Intel Corporation (NASDAQ :INTC) in 1999.
Ms. Bayless holds an M.S. in Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
Freddie Carroll, Partner, STARTech Early Ventures
Freddie Carroll joined STARTech in May 2000 after more than 25 years in the computer and telecommunications industries. As a partner, Freddie is responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with STARTech corporate partners, as well as, working with potential new portfolio companies.
Prior to STARTech, Freddie served as vice president of sales for Lucent Technologies' value-added services organization. Additionally, he was the VP of Sales at Tigon, a voice messaging services company which was acquired first by Ameritech and subsequently sold to Octel Communications, which was in turn acquired by Lucent Technologies. He also worked at VMX, Inc., Data General Corporation, Westinghouse Computer Division and Collins Radio. Freddie has been through two start-ups, one IPO and three acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University.
Jeff Williams, Managing Director, Hunt Ventures
Jeff Williams joined Hunt Ventures as a Managing Director in November 2005. His responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and structuring seed and early stage transactions with a focus on technology investments. Prior to joining Hunt Ventures, Williams was a General Partner with Chisholm Private Capital Partners where he led their early stage investment efforts in the areas of enterprise software and telecommunications. Prior to joining Chisholm, Williams was a Managing General Partner for Markpoint Venture Partners in Dallas responsible for early stage technology investments. In addition to his most recent experience, Jeff brings more than 10 years of experience in providing venture capital, private equity and financial expertise to early and later stage companies in the North Texas area.
Williams has a BS from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Major in Finance and minor in Economics and sits on the Boards of the Texas Venture Capital Association and the North Texas Enterprise Center.

UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund
The Strategic Enterprise Fund (the "SEF") is the private equity strategic investment arm of UPS. The Fund is a corporate venture capital group which focuses on developing critical partnerships and acquiring knowledge returns from its investments in information technology companies and emerging market-spaces. Established in 1997, the SEF is an important business development tool that enables exploration of emerging markets and technologies that may enhance the evolving business model of UPS.
